About The Will Realty Team

Frazer Will, Saskatchewan Farm Realtor

I was born and raised on a family farm northeast of Star City, SK.  I learned at an early age that hard work, dedication, determination, and creativity are vital to success on and off the farm.

At the age of 18, I qualified for the Canadian Junior National Judo Team which led me to relocate to Montreal, QC.  Over the next 12 years, I was fortunate enough to travel the world representing Canada on the International Judo stage at numerous World, Continental, and North American Championships while at the same time achieving my Business Degree from Concordia University. My judo journey led to an Olympic qualification in 2008 representing Canada in Beijing, China.

In 2013, after retiring from Judo, I made the move back home to Saskatchewan. I rejoined the family farm, which had relocated to the Norquay area.  Continuing with the same drive and determination, I have helped to expand our farming operation and worked diligently to improve our farm’s efficiencies, sustainability, and revenue diversification.

My extensive experience in the farming industry combined with my drive, competitive spirit, work ethic, and determination will help buyers and sellers of farmland and other real estate assets maximize their value on each and every trade!

I look forward to working with you!

Melane Will,

Residential Realty Specialist

I was born and raised in a small town in the west central part of the Philippines. At a young age I was taught that hard work, determination and perseverance are the keys to success in life. I wasn’t raised in a wealthy family so it took additional efforts, ingenuity and some luck to achieve what I have in life thus far. I graduated from a Hotel and Restaurant Management program in the Philippines the help of a TESDA scholarship.

After I graduated, I worked in Singapore in the hospitality industry gaining invaluable international experience.

Before moving to Canada, I worked in Dubai for five years in the hospitality industry as well as a well known Exhibition companyI decided to move to Canada in 2013. Canada is known around the world for being an incredible place to work, live and raise a familyThe people and communities of Saskatchewan have been so welcoming and I am happy and proud to call this province and country home. I have been fortunate enough to build a beautiful family that I am very proud ofXage, Chance and Ashton are three smart, handsome, kind and capable kids (if I do say so myself 😉) that my husband and I are eternally grateful for. Family is everything to me so I understand, on a deep level, how vital it is for any family’s success to get the best deal possible, buying or selling, to improve your family’s financial position and future. My kids are very involved in sports with the support of my husband who represented Canada in Judo at the 2008 Olympic games in Beijing China. We also love camping, fishing and other outdoor activities which the Canadian prairies have plenty of for us to enjoy.

I believe that if you put time, effort, initiative and love into whatever you do, regardless of and often due to the challenges, you will be able to accomplish your goals.

I have a beautiful life that I cherished and my mission as a realtor is to help you find your happiness whether it’s buying that perfect home for you and your family or selling that home to pursue your next real estate dream!

Terry Keewatin,

Aboriginal Liaison & Land Technician

My name is Terry and I am a proud member of the Cote First Nation of Treaty 4 Territory in Saskatchewan. Raised traditionally on the Cote First Nation, my cultural and traditional teachings have supported me in becoming knowledgeable in the lands sector.  After completing my Integrated Resource Management Diploma, I became a Conservation Officer, where I later worked as a land technician in the Lands and Resources department of the Federation Sovereign Indigenous Nations (FSIN).

Previous to my current position, I was an elected official of Cote First Nation. Here I  served as the co-chair in the Lands portfolio and gained a great deal of experience in working with First Nation and Non-First Nation members. Within this position, I facilitated partnerships with different levels of government and interested parties in acquiring lands. Recently, I  graduated from the Professional Lands Managers Certification Program with the University of Saskatchewan and continue to expand my knowledge in the lands area. Due to my previous experiences and great deal of education,  I strongly believe I can support the Will Realty Team in order to acquire the lands you need.
